Find quick answers and essential information about our platform, features, and security. We've compiled the most common inquiries to help you get started.

Our platform is built on a self-custodial architecture, which means your private keys are encrypted and stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to them, giving you complete and sole control over your digital assets. This approach is fundamental to providing a high level of security.

The Recovery Phrase (or Seed Phrase) is a unique, auto-generated sequence of 12 or 24 words that acts as the master key to your funds. It is essential for restoring your account on a new device or if you forget your password. Because it grants access to your entire portfolio, you must write it down and store it in a secure, offline location.

You can add new tokens by navigating to your portfolio view and selecting the "Add Token" option. You can search for the token by name or paste its contract address. Once added, the token will appear in your asset list, allowing you to manage and view its balance.

Our platform is free to use. However, all transactions on blockchain networks incur a small fee, known as a network fee or gas fee. This fee is paid directly to the network's validators or miners to process your transaction and does not go to us. The amount of the fee varies depending on network congestion and the complexity of the transaction.

Since your private keys are not stored by us, losing your device does not mean you've lost your funds. To recover your assets, simply install our platform on a new device and use your Recovery Phrase to restore your wallet. We highly recommend you have your Recovery Phrase backed up securely in an offline location.

Our platform features a built-in browser that allows you to securely connect to and interact with decentralized applications. To connect, simply navigate to the DApp's website within the browser and select the "Connect Wallet" option, which will prompt a secure connection to your account.

A self-custodial wallet gives you full ownership and control of your private keys and funds. A custodial wallet is managed by a third party (like an exchange), which holds the private keys on your behalf. With a custodial wallet, you rely on the third party for security, while a self-custodial wallet puts you in complete control.
